1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise your concern with the delivery person, call our administration directly at +8801755648287 or raise a return request on fixit.com.bd.
2. Products should be returned if not as per expectation within 7 days of receiving them. Products are to be thoroughly examined and inspected by the client upon facing delivery when delivered through couriers or direct delivery in Dhaka city. Out of Dhaka upon delivery from third-party courier service the product can be returned via the same courier service at our mentioned address within 7 days. The return will be applied immediately upon receipt of the unused, undamaged product in the same package as delivered. Refund payment can be arranged upon consulting the client, who can use their preferred financial method availed by us.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a different packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
